So George Howarth has turned up again like the proverbial bad penny? Good old George, always there to do the multinationals bidding for them.

BTW, it's funny that Tesco during the Inquiry were adamant that only a development with commercial property in excess of 50,000 sq metres made it viable for them to set up one of their stores in Kirkby...now they find they can do it with 28,000 sq metres (much of that non-commercial).

I think they might have been lying.

Well said dave! Was thinking that myself. Thought they needed us to make it viable.
