Just watching the parade for queens day in Holland. National holiday here in Holland. This years venue was Apeldoorn and the whole royal family is present on these days. As the royal family was in an open bus, on their way to one of the palaces, a car crashed into a monument, missing the open bus of the royal family for no more than ten seconds. The badly damaged car (even before he crashed into the monument) hit a few bystanders. At the moment there are reports of 14 injured people, including a few serious ones. A few have been receiving life treatments like heartmassages and mouth to mouth treatment.

Strange feeling to see this happen and what are the odds of happening this at precisely this moment?

Police expect some kind of ideological obsession. Investigation is still in process though, so nothing is confirmed as of yet. The driver is a 38 year old male of Dutch nationality.
