1. What do you think team work is?
2. Name a situation were you have worked in a group, what was your role and how did you help the group?

I've got an interview tomorrow, both are certs to come up. Any model answers lads?

"I came in after the group was set-up had the ideas, and worked the plan out. I then self-appointed myself the leader, took all the credit for myself and deflected the criticism off me by saying that happened before I joined the group"

Easy :P

I ask them kind of questions.

Team work is everyone working together to meet a common goal/s.

Think of something where you did something ace and communicated effectively, shared the workload, lead when you needed to and achieved a satsifactory outcome with much backslapping.

In nice words though.

chico, not the reply expected from you

thought more..............................two receptionists, poodle, mud etc

Make it up. Put yourself into some sort of Poseidon Adventure and give yourself the Gene Hackman role. Don't say you died though.

If you get asked "Why is a man-hole cover round" at your interview (like I did when I interviewed a year ago) the answer is so it won't fall into the hole. But look like you are thinking about it before answering.

They like to throw off-the-wall questions to watch you think on your feet. Be prepared for that as well.

Show them this, this will make you a shoe-in for the job

"See this, I taught him how to do this"

Also, just be aware that pre-prepared, 'model' answers are always easy to spot. They're not necessarily a bad thing, as it shows the candidate has, at least, prepared, but a shrewd interviewer may just wait for you to finish and then simply raise an eyebrow, give a crocodile smile, and ask if you 'have any other examples you could talk about?' And don't forget, they may even ask some very specific questions relating to your answer, so it's always best not make it too 'model.'

lies upon lies ?

what do i bring to the team? - the ability to lie through my teeth to avoid the jaws of death.

super.
