Listen we've all seen enough of Mirallas to be perfectly confident of the the fact that if he plays for more than 60 minutes on Saturday then he will be unfit for Wednesday.

Sorry where is this fact coming from? He's played 70+ minutes in at least our last 5 games and has been fine for the next game each time. Genuinely not sure if serious

I hear Mirallas is a little dinged up and I reckon We'll need him for the Arsenal game so I choose to rest him.

Bench:
Mucha
Duffy
Hibbert
Oviedo
Hitz
Barkley
Vellios

Three at the back = surrendering midfield and endless hoofball. No thanks.

Fellaini at ACM = hoofball. No thanks.

Osman playing 90 mins every week in CM = exhaustion. No thanks.

Howard
Coleman, Jags, Distin, Baines
Oviedo, Gibson, Fellaini, Pienaar
Mirallas
Anichebe

Bench: Mucha, Stones, Heitinga, Hitz, Osman, Barkley, Jelavic.

This lad is supposed to be the new Barkley

Good team but can't see it happening.

I actually changed my mind again on the lineup
Bench:
Mucha
Duffy
Hibbert
Oviedo
Hitz
Osman
Vellios

Pienaar and Fellaini will need to regain match fitness and I believe Resting osman and Mirallas is imperative to our cause come Tuesday.

Ah, can't see it now.

Highly doubt we'll see Barks start again this season.

It's regrettable but same here, there was a mixed bag on him after the Spurs game. Some thought he played well, well enough to earn a run in the first team. I on the other hand thought he was pretty bad. Gives away possession far too easily and takes way too much time on the ball. But I believe all that will fix itself if he is allowed to start a few games.

I rarely agree with your mad transfer threads mate but that there is spot on.

I'd start him more but with Pienaar and Fellaini back it's not gonna happen.

Ah well.

I think way outside the box when it comes to transfers but much more conservative when it comes to setting the lineup and watching players. You should hop on youtube and get a look at Jurgen Locadia, amazing young Striker I've been scouting. Also Jetro Willems, LB.

Young Dutch lad at PSV. Tall for his age (19 I think) but made a big impact in the few games he's played.

That's right. I know my stuff.

That should be the team IMO

GK: Howard
RB: Hibbert
LB: Baines
CB: Jagielka
CB: Distin
RM: Osman
LM: Pienaar
CM: Gibson
CM: Neville
AM: Fellaini
CF: Jelavic

Reasoning: QPR are shambolic and a goal or 2 for Jela could massively help him with Arsenal in mind. Rest Mirallas initially but give him 20 minutes to keep him up to speed. Give Neville a run out so the crowd can show their appreciation after his recent announcement and besides I can't see many other fixtures where we could do this.
Bottom line a 2 goal win going into the Arsenal game, with 1 change anticipated with Mirallas slotting into RM and Osman taking Neville's centre berth.

Forgot to add: This isn't my line up, but what I believe DM will opt for.

I'd play strongest team currently possible , they are fighting for their premiership lives so it's not going to be a walkover. The good thing is that they need a win so won't park the bus, so hopefully we can pick holes in them and if comfortable, take some of the big guns off later on.
I'd play Howard, Coleman, Jagielka, Distan, Baines, Mirallas, Gibson, Osman, Pienaar, Fellaini and Anichebe.
