Team vs QPR

Why rest Mirallas, if the players can't cope with having 2 games in the space of 3 days then they shouldn't be playing in the premier league. We need our strongest side out and that has Mirallas in it.

Listen we've all seen enough of Mirallas to be perfectly confident of the the fact that if he plays for more than 60 minutes on Saturday then he will be unfit for Wednesday. It's just the truth. Whether we start him and sub him once he's helped us gain advantage, or he comes on to chase once QPR are fading, I actually don't want him to play 90 minutes.

As for the others- Fellaini and Pienaar are coming in, I'd like to see Barkley have another run maybe at the expense of Osman, maybe play Oviedo on the left wing with Peanuts on the right (with them switching occasionally as they've done when playing together this season).
Also, Anichebe for Jelavic. This fixture with Jelavic screams offside-orgy and rolly-polly-complainy-half-fouls.

He wouldn't play 90 minutes anyway.

We need t owin every game. It's a really tough one with him.

It has to be there, bearing in mind they'll be going out for the win and will have lots of pace in their team (Remy, Taraabt, others):

Howard
Coleman - Jagielka - Distin - Baines
Mirallas - Osman - Gibson - Pienaar
Fellaini
Anichebe

My suggestion is that I hardly want him to play a whole half.
As much as we need to beat QPR or Arsenal is moot, we all recognize that beating Arsenal is tougher, and so we'll need Mirallas more then.
I leave this decision in the capable hands of Mr Dabd Myes

wouldn't have considered it before, but been won round to the idea of resting Mirrallas. I am already tense about the Arsenal game and Anichebe and Kev look like they could be the best counter attacking partnership we have had for awhile, both need to be bang on for that game. Fellaini and Pienaar should be fired up for Saturday and hopefully can bully QPR out of this early on. I have even started to suspect Pienaar and Kev look a bit sharper when not playing together, but I hope that's my imagination Be great to go a few goals up so we can give Barkley a no pressure run out.

Gibson Fellaini Piennar
Anichebe Jelavic

Heard this from an extremely reliable source:

Howard

Hibbert Jagielka Distin Baines

Coleman Heitinga Neville Osman

Cahill

Saha

Hibbert is never good enough to be playing for us anymore. Coleman has been brilliant at RB and it would be foolish to change that now.

Howard
Coleman Jagielka Distin Baines
Pienaar Gibson Fellaini Oviedo
Mirallas
Anichibe

Osman has been dreadful for months now.

I like the look of this team, although he definitely won't play it. It'd be nice to see Fellaini back in the middle rather than further up the field.

Three at the back = surrendering midfield and endless hoofball. No thanks.

Fellaini at ACM = hoofball. No thanks.

Osman playing 90 mins every week in CM = exhaustion. No thanks.

Howard
Coleman, Jags, Distin, Baines
Oviedo, Gibson, Fellaini, Pienaar
Mirallas
Anichebe

Bench: Mucha, Stones, Heitinga, Hitz, Osman, Barkley, Jelavic.

We dont need felli up top with victor in the team

I forgot that we are playing Arsenal on Tuesday, so maybe we should consider resting Mirallas. He still has an important part to play on Saturday, but whether that's the first hour or the last half hour is up to Moyes.

The next game is the most important one...

Mirallas starts!!

Correct
Mirallas could be rested on saturday and then pull up after 5 minutes against Arsenal, so whilst he is fit, he plays

Lets worry about Arsenal after hopefully beating QPR

Surely he has played 2 back to back games before, if not for us then for Belgium
