I don't think Besic will / should play at Thursday, because according to physioroom McCarthy and Gibson will return to full traing at the 15th of Dec so they will likely miss QPR game. Then it leaves Besic with Osman there and Besic clearly needs a little rest after these 4 games. But Barry needs game time so I think RM will mix the experienced ones with youngsters. And also Jags needs a rest, he played all of the matches since August + NTs.
So it might be something like this:

Robles - Hibbert,Browning,Alcaraz,Garbutt-Ledson,Barry-Atsu,Barkley,Pieenar/Oviedo-Kone
