Don't be fooled by that laid back attitude, the man's a killer. I remember him making Victor [Poor language removed] his pants a few seasons ago in the 0-0 draw at fratton park.

Totally agree, and it's mouth-watering what DM will get out of a proven Premier League defender who will want to prove he's as good as, if not better than, Lescott
I really hope we get Distin and Taylor, think we need the cover to be honest. No thanks to Huth and Im not overly keen on Senderos.

I think Distin could be the best option, cover for a year or two, time enough to let Rodwell get some practice at the back or maybe bring through another player, whether or not Duffy will make it is another question, he's got the physique etc but he wasn't very good against Rochdale. Early Days
