I've never understood the hype about Star Wars, i think i saw one years ago and enjoyed it but despite that Jedi is an official religion in some countries and the huge fan following i just don't think it's anything special. Also lightsabers are ****e, i'd rather have a samurai sword.
 
+1 on the samurai sword. He'll while dearth Vasari or Luke is twirling his silly saner around, I've never understood why the other person doesn't just stab him. Seems kind of the obvious thing to do when someone is twirling their supposed weapon around in the air.... Lol

The first film was excellent, it went down hill from there. Having said that as a trilogy it was fine, despite the weakness of the third film. The later films were so cringeworthily bad though, and the commercialism that's follows has been equally as poor on taste

I hope George Lukas never directs or writes Anither film as long as he lives.

Star Trek on the other hand is far more interesting ......

Why hasn't a Star Wars theme park been created yet? ( Disney may now?)

Imagine that? A full scale millennium falcon or a simulated c wing ride?
