Both Steven Fletcher and Lee Cattermole are out for the rest of the season. Fletcher especially will be a big miss since he's scored the majority of their goals this season.

As it stands they are only 4 points ahead of Wigan and could get sucked right into the relegation fight. Could be an interesting last few weeks at the bottom of the league.

I think they'll get relegated this season, they've been utter ****e. They've spent quite a bit as well; 10m on Johnson and 14m on Fletcher. It'll be a shame if they go down tbh, Sunderland are pretty much at least 4 guaranteed points for us every season.

I'd love Fletcher if they went down or Sessengon. Terrible that my first thought is to strip the carcass of a club but....yeah, I would rather they went down than a Reading.
