Anyone else got there first game back at Sunday league tomorrow?

I have and I'm dreading it, put on a fair bit over Christmas and regret it already!!
Also the manager is a bad t*t.
Anyway, is anyone on here a massive fitness freak and no how to get fit etc in say a month?

a month is plenty of time. Fitness for football, lots of running and shuttle runs.

Yes. Though I'm always at an advantage with my side as I'm usually the only one who wasn't pissed up on the Saturday night.

Looking forward to it. Need to break my duck for the season, keep hitting the woodwork.

The best way to get football fitness is Fartlek training probably.

Difficult to answer really, you can run every day if you want and get really fit, if you just want to get fit enough to play 90 minutes of footy a week, maybe two or three times a week running and a match.
