Quality player that could end up being really good. I don't know about Valencia being vulnerable tho, it's hard to tell what kind of situation they'll be in with the takeover. If the new owners are promising to spend big, you can't really see any of their first team wanting to leave in the immediate future.

I dont know, im not sure the new owners will invest enough in em tbh. They've got there new Mestalla still to build yet, huge debts, hence why the stadium hasnt even been built yet and been put on hold numerous times.

€2M chance on him in the summer? Hughes has had a run in with him, I think, so he wont want him.

If he can put injuries behind him he'd be an amazing signing, as those who remember him on loan at Feyenoord will testify.

I would really like to take a chance on Guidetti. Stoke seems to have hit a bit of form recently so he's struggled to get time but hopefully we can see a bit of what he has to offer before the end of the season.

I've said a few times over the last year that i think Guidetti could be a very good long term acquisition mate, bad setback from the virus, but still very young, talented and maybe just needs a manager to have belief in him and work on getting him back to the level he was at pre injury, if theirs one manager i'd trust to be able to do it it'd be Bobby tbh

For 2m euros though a deal we can't really lose on taking a punt, if it works out well, could end up with a 20m forward in a couple of years, the type of signing we need to make actually

I've always fancied taking a punt on this lad....2m euros seems a no brainer especially if we have the extra European games next season.

But the reality is perhaps we fans have seen little glimpses on you tube that in reality don't reflect the players actual quality/potential and suitability for our team.

With Guidetti mate, its more going off the form in Holland more than some you tube clips, and the fact he was highly rated by city, i know the Feyenoord fans took to him massively, then the injury/illness just set him back a huge amount, 2m euros for the potential he showed at Feyenoord is worth the gamble i think (especially when we payed more than that for Kennedy and Gueye combined)

Guidetti can't get in Stoke's team FFS.

He doesn't look match fit mate looks to have extra weight on him, plus dunno what Hughes is like about playing loanies that much either, for a punt of 2m euros i think its a decent gamble on someone who has the potential to be a class slotter if managed by someone who has a good record with Younger players like bobby

if he's fat there, he'd still be fat here
