Not in the transfer window, so I imagine trying to set the deal up for the summer. Been surprised by what my mate has said how these things work. I think we'd call it tapping up, but it's so hard to prove.

Those figures seem correct by my estimations. I personally would keep Ross and he apparently said no to the deal. I don't know what his stance would be on a move to Chelsea etc.
