I don't think 'Keeper is a priority, I'm not Howards biggest fan but he is still one of the best 'Keepers in the Prem. Other areas need strengthening first. Striker is a must then see how much money we have left for me.

If Schmeichel is free, no brainer.

I would be fairly happy with that as a Summer of activity, though it would potentially leave us light up front, as Del boy and Traore will be leaving from the loans.

So we will need to make use of the loan system again to cover up front, I don't know who we would get though. Possibly just get the same players on loan again.

But if we want a new keeper than there's a boss Danish one at Leicester who is out of contract in the summer.

we need more players in the squad as a priority but personally i don't think that would happen.

Who we sell, god knows. But i would not want to sign Barry, too old for my liking now he will be a year older. We need to bring in a player who can get 5-6 years out of every time we buy someone. This means buying at 20-26 rather than buying veterans and kids.

Plus all this signing lukaku talk for 20 million. I have one question, would you rather spend that amount on one striker or spend the amount on 2-3 players instead? for example Batshuaiyi + Tadic over just lukaku?

Hyperthetically as i will agree with anyone that lukaku is the type of player we should be signing to move onto the next level in the league, but realistically we need 4-5 of that calibre of player and to my mind we have kev who at his best is, barkley in 2 years, McCarthy in 3 years, Baines last year and Coleman. We need more to fill the squad up and they will cost money.

I would take Rodwell on loan if it wasn't for his injury record, but we'd be taking a risk with him and Gibson plus Barry being a year older.

Wait. Why are we being linked with keepers? RM wouldn't had got Robles if he didn't see a future in him. How many Premier League teams actually had a decent backup keeper? Hardly any.

But play him in front of who? Barkley? Id rather see us give Ross as much as time as he needs. He was the only player who looked like he could do something against Arsenal, and he did. Or are you wanting Holtby beside McCarthy?

Tadic seems like a good shout...he seems like that unlocker type that we need.

Obvs we need some sort of striker, whether that's Batshuayi or Lukaku or someone in that vein, who knows.

I think we need more center mid support. Even if we sign Barry and have Gibbo come back. Gibbo is a great little player, and Barry is solid as well, but McCarthy will need rests as well, and Gibson can't be relied on to not be injured at all. Barry is also starting to show his age, he absolutely needs to be rested regularly or we'll turn him into another Neville.

Rodwell seems risky and uninspired though. I want sexy cheap Spaniards and Belgians!
