.....there is an increasing theme with these centre forward links, all youngsters with potential. I don't mind that at all. Dembelle from Fulham, Ayew from Lorient, the young CF from Wolves and now Bamford. RM could well be putting the feelers out, Bamford looked a class act at Youth international level and I was surprised he wasn't given a run towards the end of the season when Chelsea were fragile up front and had secured the title.

He was on loan at Middlesbrough mate, and was literally their only striker other than the delightfully named Kike.

I have yeah. Mostly accidental watching of Championship games last season and the one before.

He's not the finished product yet, has bloody awful hair, and I'm not sure Chelsea will loan us another player after Atsu, but if they want to loan him to a team for a bit of Prem experience then yeah.

He can finish for sure. And he isn't Kone.

Not that I remember. Mainly noticed him being quite clinical when given chances.

Yes, looked good in the games I saw of him. Disappointing in the play off final but not fully fit for that.
