He hasn't got any to invest, all of his revenue streams have been turned off atm, he is literally of zero use to us anymore, even more so the fact that the club itself hasn't got any kind of a business plan to keep going and function day to day like most PL clubs. But oh no we have to go borrowing off Kenwrights shady lending mates who are a company (if you can even call them that) of invisible people moving vast sums of cash in various countries and holding clubs to ransom at ridiculous interest rates. I pray for the authorities getting involved and some sort of forced sale and we can be rid of Moshiri, he has to be the most clueless accountant ever.
