Summer transfer window 2023

He (Caicedo) is only 21 and is an outstanding player. He could be in the heart of the RS midfield for 10 years. It could turn out to be a bargain signing. Further, he will have a big market value in 3 years as long as he keeps fit and maintains his standards. Football transfers are going up like everything else in the world. Villa is selling Ramsey to Burnley (a newly promoted team) for 14m + a buyback. That seems mad money for a kid that has never played one minute of PL or any top flight football. Bournemouth just paid 25m for 19 year old Alex Scott from Bristol. If these players can command this type of transfer fee then 100m for a proven quality player doesn't seem too ridiculous
Definitely Kieran

Window is starting to look like a good one isn’t it.

Moved on a load of wages, brought in cover for our left back, brought some direct attacking threat across the middle and investing in quality youth upfront.

Don't know if he ever outright said it, but it was reported.
“It's getting the performance level and improving them. It is about development, about driving the club.

“There will be no reaction that has not been thought out."

He continued: “You have to get it right — the buying of players and the development. Infrastructure is important and to comply with financial fair play you need to go for younger players on low wages.

“The challenge is still progressing while keeping the wages down.

“I think we've learned. We've had poor judgement but I feel we are in the right direction, even if it's been difficult."

He said it.

Just like in January when so many said that Dyche would relegate Everton and earlier in this window said there would be no players brought in

5 years ago, I know, Tribal football, but even they dont lie about quotes people said, im sure you can find a "better" source if you wanted.
Thought he said it at an AGM with Brands next to him.

Narrator:" Moshiri in fact did not learn and continued to make asinine recruitment decisions "

Why on earth would a 'Villa' fan use a term like 'the RS'?

I'm sorry, but this subterfuge has gone on long enough hasn't it?

Just read on SSN that Caicedo is having second thoughts about joining the rs
