It would be interesting to have some idea how we recruit players. When we got Brands in you might have imagined we'd have had some of the young Dutch talent...

When Brands was here my take and a lot on here I know felt the same, thought our transfer policy was every man for himself, you had Brands identifying players, Kenwright, Moshiri's agent, Joorbin, whatever his name is, then you had the managers input, Silva, Koeman and the rest of them picking who they want and that to my knowledge is why we are in so much of a mess. There is no policy just a general mess with no direction. And this is why we need a new owner, Chairman and board, it has to start from the top down. Nothing will change until Moshiri and Kenwright are gone.
