....it’s Sunday 14th July, which means it’s England v New Zealand in the Cricket World Cup Final. That might not interest everybody, so here’s this morning’s Toffee Transfer gossip;

- WiganToday claim Everton Left Back, Antonee Robinson, is on his way to Wigan on a permanent transfer believed to be worth £2m. Football Insider report the 21 year old USA international is about to undergo a medical ahead of completing a move.

- The agent of Everton target Nicolas Pépé has fuelled speculation regarding a move away from Lille this summer. Speaking to French TV show, L’Equipe Mercato, Samir Khiat said: “The aim is for him to sign in the right place, PSG is a possibility”. L’Equipe, however, suggest the 24 year old Ivory Coast forward has decided his development is best served by opting for a team below elite level.

- According to the Liverpool Echo, Everton are expected to return with an improved offer for Fleetwood goalkeeper, Billy Crellin after having a £200k bid rejected. BirminghamLive say Fleetwood are awaiting an offer from Wolves for the 19 year old England Youth international.

- Everton midfielder Idrissa Gueye has admitted he’s aware of rumours linking him with PSG. He told San Limite: “I did not read L’Equipe but they told me about it. I am fully focused on my competition, we’ll have time to talk about it again if it’s still there. I can not talk about it here, once again I am focused on my competition”.

- TeamTalk report Hull City have won the race to sign Everton winger, Josh Bowler, on a season-long loan deal. The 20 year old is due to undergo a medical at the KCOM stadium.

- Plenty of outlets report Fabian Delph’s move from Manchester City to Everton is progressing with talks continuing between the clubs, whilst the Toffees have set a £25m fee on RB Leipzig target, Ademola Lookman.

Just as it was clear as day Seamus Coleman wasn't good enough, when he went on loan to Blackpool at the age of 22? :rolleyes:
Coleman already had that bit of an X factor before he went out on loan though - if I recall he’d played a handful of games and looked decent.
