What we need most of all is better mentality. Most of our players look lazy and lack hunger and leadership. They are over paid and think they are better than they are. We need hungry and ambitious players Wolves have this. Spurs have this.

Really, once Silva is sacked (even now tbh) Brands needs to be working day and night to shift 60% of our squad. We genuinely need to get rid of about 15 players at a minimum. I won't list them as we all know who they are, including the forgotton likes of Pennington, Galloway, et al. 90% of these deadwood players don't even need replacing. After that, we need to be looking at shifting the likes of Keane (if we can't sell him), Sigurdsson and Coleman to squad players and improving our starting XI, and obviously getting that key striker in. Crucial, imo, is also a goalkeeper to push Pickford and replace him when he's not performing.
