Well I went to bed negative hoping for something to go right, woke up 7hrs later and we've had the most disastrous deadline day in club history. Surely, Walsh gets sacked now.

Why would Walsh be getting sacked?

What is Walsh's role? He is either getting paid to state the obvious (Sign a proven striker who everybody knows about anyway) or he is being paid to find some promising bargains, which would be Vlasic, Onyekeru and Sandro which he has done.

He would be the last person to blame for me.

When your chairman and manager start contradicting each other it's time to start worrying.

Now we have Moshiri saying we have bought enough players in and they need time to gel and that we 'may' consider getting a new striker in January if needed. If we still need one in January he will say there is no value in the market so we'll wait until the summer.
