Didn't Vlasic play quite well against us last week? Bunch of tits on that team but thought he stood out. Unless it wasn't him. In which case he didn't stand out.

This kid walks straight into the first team. Watching the game last Thursday I said to my lad the number 8 is carving us open every time he gets on the ball. Little did I know he's the lad that (hopefully) we're going to buy

I agree with this, we seem to have signed a lot of "thinkers" / "intelligent footballers" who are not very quick or powerful. Hopefully it will work, but surely a balance is needed between the two styles if we're going to compete with the quick/powerful players at Man Utd, Spurs, Chelsea etc.
