We won't sign a single player from any of tonight's matches.

...yep, been watching it with interest. As I said, he reminds me lots of Torres. Certainly looks the part although he's been quiet this 2nd half. Not sure what to make of Davy Klaassen, he's not playing in the areas I expected. Busy but chasing things a bit, certainly playing like it matters and rarely gives the ball away when he gets it but just think he's in no mans land at times.

Ajax lost a lot of their discipline when Schone (their most experienced player at 30) went off. They were chasing the ball a lot in the second half but he was helping them keep their shape.

Klaassen in a side with Gueye/Davies/Schneiderlin (rotating with Davies ideally) would be a superb addition to our midfield.

He naturally picks up really good attacking positions and that would be fine as we'd have two players behind him to sweep up (Ajax just have the one).

Absolutely no chance in blue hell that Dolberg is coming to Everton.

fairly obvious in my mind. I mean, in a year's time and we'll have accepted rom can go and have loads of money to play around with and need a replacement or two, if he's still at ajax, i can see him being one of our prime targets. But not this summer, lukaku is 23, that guy at malaga seems right on our radar and he's only 21, i can't see us splashing big bucks on a 19 year old as well. We kind of need a more experienced striker as well ... and no, i don't think that'd be rooney. If we sign him, i think he's be more of an attacking mid who could occasionally play striker, but we can't really go in with 3 strikers all under 24.
