Why oh why do people rate Pickford
Rememenber the last time we signed a goalkeeper from a relegated side. ?
Of course he had more saves
He faced a lot more shots.
If Harry Maguire is the extent of our ambition this window I give up.
There is talk of Koubailly ,VVD, Keane ,Manolas De Vrij and people are talking Harry Maguire
I rather have Smalling or jones and I don't want either.
 


I think we will be in for a busy Summer.

It look's increasingly likely that Lukaku will go, and possibly Barkley as well. This will generate over £100 million to begin with.

With the demands of the Europa league, and loss of other 'fringe' players, we could be looking at a significant number of new faces.

Let's hope it's quality, as well as quantity.

I'll be amazed if our net spend is not North of 95 million
There is about 70/80 million to be got in by culling the squad of no marks.
Robles , Funes Mori , McCarthy , Cleverly Naisse ,Geri ,McGeady Henen Browning Garbutt McAleny Bescic all need to go either this window or the next two.
So 160/170 gross spend is realistic and if ROSS goes there's 40/50 million and if Rom goes there's 90/100 million
So in theory , (it'll never happen ) we could have a gross spend of 100m + 80m + 40 m + 100 m = 320 million
 
This is Everton and nothing is simple when it comes to transfers but that's why we all get so much emotion from supporting the blues. Hold on tight people because the rollercoaster hasn't even started yet but boy does it get your nerves going. Deffo Everton that
