Summer Transfer Window 2017

Sky saying City are in for Tielemans... hardly surprising.
Can't see it myself. City will spend big this summer but it will be on defensive acquisitions. They need arguably a new GK, two FB and at least one centre half. They have an embarrassment of riches behind aguero/Jesus (de Bruyne, silva, sane, sterling, gundogan) that tielemans would be competing against.

Not really, they dont pay anywhere near what other top clubs do( with the exception of Falcao, but that was before their owner had a divorce and lost a great chunk of his money too his wife). I also dont see how them breaching the FFP rules( which pretty much every club has anyway) has anything to do with the fact that they have a very good scouting team that is capable of finding worthy replacements, for the players that will inevitably leave this summer ( Bernardo, Bakayoko and Fabinho)
Monaco pays bugger all income tax so they can offer there players good wages

I'd like to hope he keeps to his word of going to a team where he'll be regular starter and not someone like city, even If that doesn't mean he'll come here.
Honestly he could be a regular starter at City. Gundogan is hurt Fernandinho is a wild card and Yaya is ancient
