Koulibaly + Van Dijk as our centre backs...surely wins us a cup with a top keeper behind them...
can you see us spending around 100mill on two new CB's not an absolute chance in hell

Why would we want Rooney? Better than Kone
Why would Mata/fabregas move? They wouldn't to us considering they are first team players
Why would we want hart or forster? Better than Robles and stek combined
Like Arsenal did with Lucas PerezCan you guys please keep your scouting tips down? Rival team's forums may get wind and try sign the players instead,

Actually lol'd at this one. Got a strange look from the others at work! Not when we only paid 28mil for bolasie lol
I agree wholeheartedly with the sentiment but no CL and no silverware in 22 years will put some players off, sadly. Why wouldn't they?
Why do we keep talking ourselves down?

It does not no, but then i would prefer to see it as a reflection of how bad some of our players actually are here rather than improvements as such. A ten goals back up striker who can run around will be a massive upgrade on Kone for example.Better than Kone, Robles and Stek doesn't exactly set the bar very high. (For the record I'd have Hart or Forster, not keen on the granny shagger though).
Can't disagree with that. I'm just not sure that player is Rooney (or if Rooney is even a striker any more, he's barely played that position for Manure in the last two seasons). It does not no, but then i would prefer to see it as a reflection of how bad some of our players actually are here rather than improvements as such. Rooney probably isn't what we need, no. Admittedly i would like him to come back but that is simply from the hope of what he could do rather than the player he appears to be. The romantic in me would love to see him scoring and celebrating in front of the kop next season, would be incredible to see. Can't disagree with that.
