The most important bit of business between now and the end of summer will be tying down Rom. Massive contract, give him his buyout clause and try steer away to keeping him for another year.

Aye - think any younger player that leaves United these days will have the buy backs as a matter of policy, guess a legacy of the Pogba deal combined with a manager for serious form of being bitten by selling younger players that go on to develop into being worth far more than they sold them for (Lukaku, De bruyne)
Hard to figure what we need really now till the seasons over - just look how quickly Holgate, Davies and Lookman came from being expected to not feature much to looking part of the first team, 4 months could see 1-2 more emerge who knows.
Looks initially that we need 1-2 top quality cb's, another striker, and one more creative (wide) player, then it's down to squad players who can serve as understudy or solid backups for the likes of Baines etc

Aye mate, love to see Kenny get a few games, big hope is that one of the young strikers 'does a Harry Kane' amnd comes out of nowhere, the emergence of davies from being regarded as a fair bit below Walsh less than a year ago to a first team regular should inspire them all to push themselves to the maximum one would hope.

Kenny may get a chance if an injury comes. I think Dowell may be the closest we have to potentially do a Kane.
Yes it actually will by the time hes back, looking like it will be November? However will he be the same? we have invested £25M but such a big injury has seen many players damaged for the rest of their career. Just have to wait and see.
Lennon will likely leave in the summer and we should target 1 or 2 new wide men. Doubt Deulofeu will get back in the frame.

So for me the keeper needs monitoring and the defence can immediately be improved. Back up striker and perhaps a wide player due to Bolasie injury and Del getting jibbed.

November! Agree with your comment, Callum Wilson at Bournemouth is a case in point and you just have to hope he will fully recover, it would've been interesting to see him play now that Koeman is beginning to get the formation and players he wants, great pity.
