For a start they all seem like players who are best played through the centre. There's also a lack of pace and guile.

We could play a diamond but our fullbacks don't suit that and therefore we would lack width.

Not lots of pace other than Sandro but plenty of guile...Scorpion kicks, free kicks and corners on a plate, one-twos to beat the band and a serious threat from outside the box...pace won't matter much when a team is pinned back with accurate passing and clever decision making...all of the above are clever players and as for our full backs, they work very well with forwards who cut inside for their overlap...Coleman was never as good with Geri and Baines was always better with Pienaar... Gotta wait for Coleman of course but I wouldn't be afraid of a diamond at all...options aplenty

We should just drop £35 mil at Leicester and get Mahrez, much better value than Gylfi.

I just don't think Glyfi will give us anything that we wouldn't have with Rooney and Ross for his price tag. Mahrez is younger, gives us width and pace.

Mahrez has many qualities .... but pace is not one of them

He scored 2 and assisted 2 in 45 minutes of football against Fullham, doesn't matter though he won't get a proper chance. He should leave Chelsea; when Aubameyang or some other player comes in he'll be on the bench again and it's WC next year.

They scored 4 in the other 45 minutes, too.
