I don't think Bily should go, I personally think he just needs a bit of a boost of confidence by Moyes and everyone else, because as it stands I don't think Moyes can see his potential.

Bily needs to replace cahill. Until I've seen him have a run of games there I don't think we'll have seen his true potential. Heitinga, Yak, Yobo, Vaughan, Anichebe should all be sold. The reports on Duffy all suggest he'll be an adequate replacement for Heitinga. Arteta really should too, based on his current form and the amount of wages he is on, but I'd be sad to see him go. I think we should shunt him onto the right wing for a bit, so if that might make him buck his ideas up.

West Ham, Wolves, West Brom depending on if and who stays up would take him in a shot in my opinion. Time will tell how much trouble when I guess...

I'd like to see us rebuild anyway, time to blood Duffy, Baxter, Silva and maybe Barkley here and there to see if any will fulfill there promise.

This of course mixed with some current experienced players of course.

Sorry, I don't really see the potential in Bily. All I see are excuses for him. Last year it was "he's gone straight from Russian league into Prem league, he's tired." This year it's "he needs some games and time to adjust." All I see is a player who just doesn't seem up to the standard of the Prem league, outside of a glorious shot every once in a while. To me he's just slow of mind and of foot...and I don't think those can be taught; you either have it or not. Plus, he's just not physical enough.

He is absolutely not useful on the wing. Just not fast enough and can't defend well enough. With a shot like his, as many have said, he should be played centrally, closer to goal. And I'm still not convinced he would adapt to the speed there, either.

Hope I'm wrong about him, as I don't believe he can be sold (who would want him?), plus he seems like a great person. He's funny, likeable and has a great attitude.

Might be worth selling Arteta to make space for Rodwell. With the cash we could get a defender and a striker. I do think Arteta will find his form again but we could get some decent cash for him.

Same, and I can see them both fetching about the same amount of funds as it stands now. Anywhere from 5-8 mil, I have a hard time seeing anyone paying much more than that.
