he drove when we played Millwall away in the cup. He had a people carrier. Toyota or somthing. there was 7 in it an on the way home he done 110mph. He would not take his foot of the gas pedal. Because he had drove, he was desprate to get back the rocket for a few pints before it closed..

Hence...Leadfoot..!!!!

I'll never forget!!!

It is a selfish act but one arrived at through total complete and utter despair...................I would imagine they only think of having no future, no hope and no love, alone and unwanted.............if they only sought out help they can survive but not all some become simply hell bent on doing it. Depression, I read articles, and books, by Stephen Fry and Spike Milligan the latter being a comedy genius but both seriously contemplated doing the deed not because they had no cash or companionship they just felt used abused and unloved.

If ever I got that low, and everyone has their moments no matter who you are, I think I consider those who'd have to clear up, do it but keep it tidy...............what the poor soul from E'port did was just gross, possibly his last two fingered gesture to this world.

What a way to go, imagine the poor people who had to clean all that up.

RIP anyway, poor fella, the burden of life weighs heavy on us all at some point, but in order to taste the good, we gotta ride out the bad. Keep the faith people.

It is selfish to do it in a public place. If you want to top yourself, take a load of pills and lock your door. To burden people with that, is just sick IMO. I have sympathy for his family and all families of suicide victims. They are the ones who suffer in this, they are left with lots of questions an a lot of hurt and pain.
