I hate fashion for fashions sake - its crap!
Living in Trumplandia means there is a different slightly more conformist style to everything. In work I am one of the older guys at the company so I try to always wear a shirt and tie to the office to maintain an old fart image. I usually wear trousers too, so I dont get arrested by the gun toting ICE or Guard agents in DC. Out of the office I am a bit of a half brand/half slob type. My current favorite t-shirt is a second hand (very) used Hurley L/S that has worn softer with time usually paired with some skinnier athletipants(trackie bottoms) and zero drop trainers (walk a lot). You can still wear Superdry here, because it never got popular in the USA so nobody sees it as Dad wear. We are just now out of warmer weather which saw running shorts most days. On a match day I feel I must wear something Everton like an older kit shirt or sweatshirt. My kids bought me so many over the years I have to find some use for them. Of course when out I get "whats an everton?"
As an older guy I sometimes feel like mutton dressed as lamb as me mum used to say, but to be honest there is very little oppeortunity to buy 'Mutton-wear' here so, when in Rome...
