I heard somewhere, and wouldn't be surprised if it's true, that he's getting something like £80k p/w, which is what I meant by that. Completely prices us out in any case.

Benteke will be on at least 40, probably more and will cost £15m+. Remy is likely to have a clause in his contract which means he can go on a free if QPR get relegated (which they will).

add the fact hes fast and that suits the moyes way of playing deeper to preserve a narrow lead or tie, but atm we have no pace to hit them with, Hernandez could be a nice addition indeed

Jelavic needs selling and we need negredo or soldado or someone like that benteke is 20 mil priced now guarantee

Wouldn't get much for him now, rather hang on to him and see if he can rediscover last year's form.

I read Kiessling might be available for a reasonable price, he'd be a decent shout. Finnbogason or Eder maybe, although Finnbogason might already be out of our price range. I would also take a punt on Philipp Hosiner if he could be got for <£2m.
