If moyes keeps his finger firmly up his arse and next season we have to play with what we have available to us who would be your preffered strike partnership...

Due to the 4-5-1 moyes insists on playin we havent really had chance to see a strike partnership blossom. however, 4-4-2 at home to newcastle on the final day saw Our 2 super eagles lead the line, and for me, they complemented each other extremely well and I think, given a run of games together could work very well, strength and power of the pair of them, height of vic, pace of the pair of them, finishing instinct of the yak, both with age on their side. cant think of any reason why it couldnt become formidable over time.

Do you agree? If not, who would you have up top?

Vaughans better than Anichebe, so id want Vaughan with Yakubu, however the 4-5-1 is the best.

If we where going to go 4-4-2 then Vaughan and Yakubu. Pace, power, aerial ability and goals. Everything you need from a strike force.

Yakubu was class against Newcastle, Victor wasn't. He had a poor game as he did when he partnered Yakubu against West Ham. He's got talent but he's nowhere near ready. Vaughan would be a much better option.

Victor and Yakubu would never work. Yakubu comes deep to get the ball and he needs someone running off him, Vic doesn't do that.
