Have emailed just now myself asking for refund or credit for next game, cant really see how they can decline that request, paid for a service and didnt get it

Thing is, it happens every pre-season.

At what point do the club change provider?...
"Power outage" is the tech providers' "dog ate my homework" excuse.

When was the last time you or I had an unexpected power cut?
Thought so.

Or people that depend on power being available, like local radio and tv stations (or even streaming TV providers?). No, they make sure that it doesn't happen because it is their business to supply a consistent stream of information.

"Power outage" is the kind of thing that you hear from webhosts and streaming providers located in tech hubs like Preston and run by incompetent morons that don't think normal business rules apply if you have a cutting-edge concept that will change the way we consume media.

Security by obscurity in 2018. Ffs. Adi.tv. Just make sure that any business owner reading here never uses their LED screen rental services if they want a reliable partner. Oh, is that a popular search engine set of keywords? Silly me.

The sad thing is, I was travelling during the week. I always pay for the membership or preseason or however they are doing it each season and watch each game as the excitement (yes, I know, at my age I should know better) builds towards the coming season.

This week I couldn't even be arsed to try to get the game on the hotel's half-baked WIFI because the constant problems with the streams had ground me down so much.

And they wonder why people use dodgy ways of watching the games?

To be honest, I'm just glad that it's me that gets to moan at someone else for a change about technical problems...

They are giving money back,it say
Ive just noticed on that email, timed at 1.30 pm today in mine, that the pic is missing these 2 lines "For that reason your match pass purchase for the game will be refunded.this will be processed on Friday, but may take up to three working days to appear in your account---------so if thats true,or they have changed there min based on the post a few up i dont know

In my experience, Everton (& other football clubs) don’t like to pay for goods & services. They want to “pay in kind”. So corporate seats etc.. absolutely staggering behaviour for a company that pays individuals £100k pw +, but that’s what they do.

For that reason, I suspect most serious businesses don’t bother. I have no idea who ADI.tv are, but they’re clearly not a professional outfit. Even the opening screen last night said Portugal. The outage confirms they don’t have a backup generator. So clearly not pros. ......but they’ll be getting 3 season tickets & a years supply of Everton Mints for it, so the fault lies squarely with the club!
