Growing up in Liverpool in the 70's and 80's there were stray dogs everywhere - sometimes packs of them! My wife, who is not from Liverpool, doesn't believe me when I tell her stray dogs used to invade my school's playground, fight with each other, refuse to leave and cause play and dinner time to be cancelled. You wouldn't mess with them!

Done about the brain dead who abandon dogs or let them roam. Find the people responsible and eliminate them. Same for fly tippers. Execution should be standard.

I agree. Abandoning dogs is bad enough, but tipping flies is really cruel.
