Strange white dots on my screen.

Strange. I keep seeing these white dots on my screen. Does anyone else experience this phenomenon?

Perhaps it's just me...and the brilliant sunshine streaming in, through my window, from the cloudless blue sky above? Time for another VB I reckon...

Almost as atrocious as the scroll bar that keeps making unwelcome appearances at the bottom of my screen. Let's be havin' a little flakeLeftOffset and/or flakeRightOffset.
Please.
Or I will have no choice but to ruin the Christmas spirit and toggle snow off-- a measure I'd very much like to avoid.

You should go to the doctors, unless you are actuallt watching a live feed and the dots are in fact the angelicly gifted players turning out for Das Blues.
