Surely all signings are a collaboration of Walsh and Koeman, doesn't make sense if they are separate entities.
Done some good business in my humble opinion, however he can't control how quickly the team gel and he can't control team spirit which is essential as well as having the right players, even more important really. A good team spirit can lift the performance of the team quite a lot. Now obviously if you have better players with good team spirit then even better.
