Yeah, it's a small scale example of our Jekyll and Hyde seasons of late.

On the one hand, you have to give Moyes a lot of credit for taking a losing team and getting it winning again. I can't see Everton ever just completely fall away under Moyes the way newly promoted teams often do where they lose one game and then another and then they just entirely forget how to win.

On the other hand, we can't maintain our winning ways either. You equally can't even see us do what the big teams do and keep up picking points all year round.

It's like I've often said under Moyes so far Everton have been far too good to get relegated but too inconsistent to be a real force.

I don't neccessarily see it as inconcistency as we have had the smallest senior squad in the Premier League for some years (not quite sure how the promoted teams looked last year though..) and we have always had the Everton-luck with injuries.

If we could add one or two squadplayers like Osman then I'd be fairly certain our inconcistency would be improved upon. I'm saying it's a numbers problem probably, the big problem being we only have 2 max 3 people who can open up an opposition that's dug in.

Ive said this stat in every league game we played for weeks till the end of the season -its 62 games in league since we lost 2 in a row

"Everton are the only club in the entire Football league yet to sign a player on a permanent deal this summer."

Another nice little statistic to keep us all happy.

Did you know we havent spent money on a player for 1 year, 11 months and 3 days.

The board are showing a great level of bankruptability.

Interesting stats tho'

But even tho we aint spent nd others have, makes this stat even more greater.moyes has and still doing a mazing job, players also deserve credit,**** you negative ****
