Only kidding, but you were taking it to extremes the other day. There've been a few people put on the naughty step for a week or so recently. To a certain extent it's just bad luck if you get caught, but if a mod asks you to stop something and you carry on doing it ...

There's no point in the players standing up to be counted while the manager is telling them to persevere with a style which hasn't worked all season. Until Martinez wakes up and smells the nachos and changes his mindset to get us out of this mess, I see nothing changing. He can get his philosophy back on track in the summer (if still here). Pains me to say it, but even the tit from over the park has changed his style for the benefit of the team, Martinez needs to do the same.

fair enough mate...but can we agree that given the present squad, this has to be Everton's most frustrating PL season ever? I am implacably peeved off (and generally getting up at 3 or 4 am to watch the dross being served up certainly doesn't enhance my demeanour)

Yep, I can agree on that. It's not a whole bundle of fun doing a three hour round trip to stand in the cold at Stoke either ! Having said that I know you guys thousands of miles away would love to be able to do that sort of stuff on a regular basis.
