Arteta and Pienaar both struggled at there former clubs, they are now key players here.

He has ability and 12 starts isn't enough for a 21 year old Brazilian who's new to the League. He hasn't really been given a chance there.

I'm looking forward to seeing him play, I do remember him looking brillaint against Inter Milan in the Champions League a season or two ago. There's definitely something there to work with.
 

Its worth mentioning that he isn't an 'out and out striker' - he prefers to play off the front man.

He drops deep and plays with his back to goal, so do Yakubu and Saha.

I don't think it matters much to be honest, he can always play with Anichebe or Saha. Or we can push Cahill right up alongside him and let him play off him.

Aye. Some compared him to Berbatov, I completely disagree. He'll come looking for the ball.

Delighted we have got him. A player with a point to prove is always useful.
