Is it worth watching? Find reality shows really cringe and made up most the time, although I did like watching a manager documentary not long ago on big Ron Atkinson from years back
I've watched the first few episodes and it's certainly not as good as the Man City version which is probably because Mourinho isn't as good as Guardiola.

For me, Mourinho just doesn't come across as being very intelligent. Maybe it's the way it is edited and they cut out all the tactical genius because they don't want other clubs seeing that part but most of it is Mourinho swearing at the players and just shouting at them to play better without actually telling them how. He definitely comes across as a total knob in the twilight of his career.

As I’ve said i enjoy watching the interactions but if I was a player , my mentality as a person , I’d struggle under that particular style just what seems the constant stick rather than carrot . it could just be editing and I say that as someone who likes mourinho but it just feels relentless. I’ve had my fair share of screaming at but every now and again a bit of an arm around the shoulder and a atttaboy doesn’t go a miss

Yeah he definitely seems like he's living off past glory and just expects success in the future because he's had it in the past. I don't know if he was a very different person in the past but I just can't see how his current style of management could ever have worked. Like you say, he lacks the arm round the shoulder when a player needs a little confidence boost

Growing up when I started going football in the late 70' and then through the 80's, we all know what went on between supporters and in those days, (when they wasn't even a bigger club than us) I absolutely detested them and would also have loved to have seen them go bust but now I've mellowed a bit, I would miss the going to the biggest Lndon Derby so now I would be happy enough to just see them have to suffer as much as Wet Spam fans.
Football without proper rivalries would be sad and if they disappeared I would maybe even consider buying something red?

Strange post...

Is Deli Alli a poor player, or is Mourinho completely stifling all his talent?

I haven't been able to work it out yet. Although Spurs probably were marginally worse once he was hooked on Sunday.

He seems to have fallen off a cliff a few seasons ago. No idea why.

He was pretty good at the World Cup in Russia. Since then he's been extremely poor and it's hard to work out.

I said something in the past that I stand by, even though Kane and Alli are not old they have been there long enough to see the end of a dynasty. Usually that means trophy laden sides but in this case just meant a side good enough to compete, get CL and the odd semi/final. The quality has just kept going down to the point they need a fairly big rebuild if they want to reach the top again. Perhaps these players have realised it may be time to move on and are playing like it because their hearts are not in it anymore.

Their hearts not being in it could be true but I think it's just that Spurs have a fair few players not anywhere near Kane's standard.
I've said for a couple of years now, a player of he's standard should leave for a better club and not many Spurs fans will have the hump with him when he does.

Football has evolved he hasn’t. Think this could be his last club job and then become Portugal manager when it comes available.

His personality has changed as well, whereas he used to be fiercely loyal towards his players and staff and back them up in any situation, he now can’t throw them under the bus quick enough. I honestly think something happened at Real Madrid that completely broke him.
