have to also agree.
when i was in engineering it was just a job to me, some of the other guys had lathes etc in their sheds and loved it, they lived and breathed it, last thing i wanted was to go home and start turning, milling, grinding etc, i didn't even want to do it at work. now i don't do it i wouldn't mind a bit of machinery if i had the space.
