Make some veg soup : cauliflower, parsnip, mixed, carrot, broccoli, so much nicer, and cheaper, than shop bought.Opened it for the " virtually free Easter eggs"
Wouldn't have a clue where to start plus it's spring summer so too warm for soup,
It's very rare I cook a dinner, especially in the Spring/Summer , it's usually a cob with a bit of salad

No such thing as too warm for soup!
Must admit if I have an addiction it is soup - was chuffed to find it as a breakfast dish in Turkey at a small hotel I stayed in a couple of years ago.

I always make more than I eat. When sorting out my freezer the other day, various bags of soup made an appearance. Not labelled of course because I always think I'll remember what's in them.
I do love soup but I like a break in the summer, I love those chunky soups, usually have them over a plate of mash or a jacket
