So which Everton player is selling this pad?

Hopefully only someone out of Saha, Pienaar or Jonny H. And when I say anyone of them, I'd like them to stay and be boss of course as plan A
 

It's his old bachelor pad. When him and Gaz used to paint the town pink and bring back all the honeys. There's a lapdancing pole on the right.

They used to make the youth players dance in the grundies at the weekend.

Those were the days.
