Only a python, not poisonous, Its a squeezer, but if it does bite you, you can get your standard 'animal bites you' infections...I thought it was the drainpipe. Lovely, amazing creature.

Every so often I'll find a shed skin in the park while walking the dog
The innocuous looking plain brown ones about 3ft long are deadly and hard to see...but the spiders see most of them off
So no worries.

..thankfully squirrels are about the most ferocious in our parks.
