Just an observation here, I think it's the English mentality and your press in particular. They always build things up and then when failure occurs everyone goes ballistic cause they believe the hype.

Not at all mate. You are dea right. The media plays too big a part in building our expectations up.
But also on the other and even if the media did not exist we as england fans would have expected more than we have seen as the players come from such good backgrounds, ie the premier league.

Still it's England and anything can happen with us!

They're not that good mate. They're more like Everton actually. If it clicks for them they could beat anyone but it might all go horribly wrong. And we're more like Birmingham or Fulham

Mate, they tried to keep the ball in the corner for the last 15 minutes and relied on some great last ditch defending to stop the equaliser.

It was anything but a dominant performance but if you want to live in the little media bubble then it's ok.
