Channel 4 did a programme about kids not sleeping properly last year and bbc the year before about adults I think. Google them for lots of guidance.Does anyone else struggle to sleep? Most nights I'm going to sleep about 10-11pm but wake up sometimes about 2-3am not. Eying able to get back to sleep. Last night went sleep at 23.30 and again wide awake at 3. Feel like crap for the rest of the day.
