Not sure how it's relevant mind....

But the statistic for you is....

Who up to the Chelsea game on 27th April, will have been televised 30 times this season in all competitions, with just 11 not being televised. Which is madness really!

Oh and, They're getting free coaches courtesy of Barclays for their trip to Southampton, which is a 17:30 KO, sods.

They are quite a big club like..
And I'd put good money on this being researched thoroughly.

You and I may call it Sky Fans / Armchair supporters however.

would be interesting to know how many coaches they will use for the trip to the Saints.

When it comes down to it Sky are a business and will pick the games that generate them the most money and unfortunately they obviously have research that shows showing the [Poor language removed] generates them money wether we like it or not

Let's just say Liverpool season tickets etc is a much better option for the rest of us than the way this will eventually go.

They are well within their rights to try to collapse the sky deal and negotiate their own deal or just threaten to leave for a European super league.

I've said it a few times - those of us with less appeal (and we have more than the stokes etc) are as businesses utterly reliant on the bigger clubs for this sky money. People watch football for the top teams, and everyone else is the also rans. It's a very bad situation to be in - one day there will be just an established few a lot more so than now.

Liverpool, United, arsenal leave and the financial issues we see at the club now will pale in comparison to what we'd have left.

So who are Liverpool pushing out of this European Super League then? Chelsea/Arsenal/Utd or City

I am sure there is some sort of deal that goes on behind the scenes for these clubs to be shown more. I don't care to speculate but when you take them lot getting shown more than others at the top then they must have an agreement in play of some sort.

Either that or viewers think Chelsea/Arsenal/City are boring to watch.

Funniest thing i have read this year is that Stoke had only been televised 3 times this season i think, with liverpool the most. And two of stokes tv games were against Liverpool!

Anyone know how much it is worth to a club to be televised?

a club makes well over £600,000 extra per televised game....Liverpool are gonna earn way more TV money than any other club this season.....and certainly a significant amount more than us, which again makes it nearly impossible for us to possibly compete!....
