He defiantly deserves a chance, sam mentioned the guys out of the squad need to show more. He is an ex captain, I would be really surprised if he was being lazy behind the scenes, as his mentioned on numerous times he wants to fight for his place.

I pick Keane because he is at the right age with good PL experience. And he costed us a huge fee. He needs a run of game. He and Holgate made mistakes in turn this season. For me Keane has more physically presence than Holgate and he showed it at Burnley he can be a good PL CB.

All about opinions for me he is slow &’weak & has massive technical flaws particularly against players who run at him, gets caught side on then players simply skip past him.

6 centre backs but only 2 certain to still be here next season in Holgate and Keane. Williams and Jags will surely go and who knows what will happen with Mori. the 6th one is a loan and if he does well we may sign him, if he is rubbish he goes back.

Yet six yes six centre backs! In Williams Jags Mangala Holgate Keane and Funes when really only two will play (unless we have three cbs)

All six are liabilities. We seem to change them every week we actually need to stick to two and let them build a partnership. Can anyone honestly say they know our two best centre backs when the manager clearly doesn’t

Surely a defender should have been sold and a centre mid brought in?

Only 2 we would have got money for were Keane / Holgate
Don’t think lads would have been too happy if they were sold
Williams Jags probably gone in the summer ,Mangala could be kept or sent back depending on performances / manager

We have a few more CMs......Rooney, Iceland and Benny, that makes six I think. Unless we sell Schneidercrab do we need any more?

Rooney is a striker. Attacking mid. Sig also plays the same role so wouldn’t be effective in midfield either of them

The point is that you have no credibility young lion. First you slate the club for not scouting/signing Mangala, now that they have signed him you slate them b/c they should
‘know he isn’tupto it at this level’.
