It's an opinion to be fair.

I agree he would easily get into Newcastle and the RS.

Right im really gonna upset everybody now ha ha,,,,, as much as i despise that shower of knuts over the park... and i cant believe i;m saying this..... I would actually take the ugly kuyt ahead of landon....I will add reasons here so you dont think im actually raving..... he is committed, he tracks back, he takes players on, he runs at defences AND he scores goals.... there i've said it.... he plays for a shower of shoite but is a very good team player.

Sorry...I don't understand your point. I am saying that Landon doesn't need to go anywhere outside to the USA to improve his legacy in the USA. Best American of all time.

and with all due respect sir, being the best player in america may well be fine IN america,,,, but on a worldwide football scale it doesnt really amount to much,,, thats akin to saying he is the best league1 player ...ever..

Trick question really..... if Drenthe had half the attitude Landon has I would take Drenthe every time..... on the other hand if Landon was as good a player as Royston I would take Landon purely as he has a better atitude.

Sounds like you prefer style with some substance, rather than just the latter.

Landon is not eye-catching but but he is very effective. His play is team and results oriented. As a youngster he was more in the Drenthe mold.

I love the way the Americans defend Landon.

Best player in America? Hibbert would be your MVP every Season.

You are misreading my point. I am saying he's the best this country has ever produced...whether he's playing in the USA or England or Serbia, it won't change his legacy. Staying with the Galaxy makes a lot of sense for him both personally and professionally...that's all I am saying.

But hes already got that legacy...if he really wanted to prove himself as a footballer he'd move to a more challenging league where he was going to play for more than just 6 weeks

Totally agree, Landon is an effective cog in an inefective team ,,, Drenthe has that something extra ,,, when he is on the ball you don't know what he's gonna do next,, he i think is the only player in our team who gives us that at the moment,,, it's just a spark that makes him exciting to watch........ but as i said, it's sadly too few and far between. Landon doesn't give me that feeling when he is on the ball.
