Sir Landon Of Donovan

Even if that were true, he's divorced/separated with no children, and frankly its his private business. Its not like it ever affected his performances at Everton or that he was cheating on anyone.

Would welcome him any time back at Everton at any time (as previously discussed on this thread, if at all it'll be another loan), as he's a top top professional and with the right attitude.

Spot on MD.

MLS isn't selling him until at least the winter transfer window. Landon is the 1st name that Garber mentioned in an ESPN interview and they are going to try to market him. I think they'd be hard pressed to sell. Landon likes living in LA and I can't see him pulling an Essien or Lescott to move to Europe. Not even sure about a loan deal in the winter given that he'd have been playing footie for 2 straight years and might need a break.

I hope I'm wrong.

The fact that the MLS break is much bigger than the break the English league has it's disingenuous to say that he's been playing 2 straight years.

He'd had 6 weeks off before he came to us in the winter. Thats as bout as much as the players get what with Pre-season etc in England.

If they buy him then it'll be just to stick it to us.

If he goes there he'll hate it. His game is similar to Ireland's and Ireland couldn't get a game in. Plus its too similar a side to Bayern players who all don't really get along together. Not sure where he'll play unless they sell Bellamy and Ireland.

I commented on FulhamUSA that LD might display some difficulties with 'Trouser Snake Control' but that he's not stupid. He can search and read and that's called 'Due Diligence' when you're making a decision like that.
- and I say again it wont be just a matter of money.

I hope like hell when that broad comes on some video she doesnt have a Merseyside accent.. no offense meant!

Someone on this board must be able to add some information around the "love child" rumor. It's not like football stars in England move around autonomously. He must have been seen with someone somewhere at somepoint.
